I like the friendly staff at Refine, who explain exactly what they're doing as they're doing it. I felt comfortable with the staff and Dr. Ng.The questions they asked were easily understood and, if I had questions, they wanted to hear them.

I also like the nicely laid out facilities and the decor.

Getting braces was easier than I thought and it didn't hurt.
It's a good place to go to get braces.
