I have only been a client for 9 1/2 months but every time I go I feel welcome. There is not one staff member that is not friendly. I love the Chapstick and the wii is cool. I actually enjoy going because I always feel great there and I love all the people there :)
My mom meet Dr Julia Ng at the west coast womens show 3 years ago and thought that this would be a great place for me to go to. I did not like dentists too much at the time cause I had 4 teeth pulled and they were not very nice about it. Now I am ten and have been going to Refine for 2 years and I always like going. I can not wait to get my braces so I can have straight teeth! My mom said that she likes all the girls in the office and it is very inviting! E.R
I have been a client for close to 2 years and each time I visit, I feel welcome and comfortable. The professional & personalized approach taken by Dr. Ng is superb. The facility is spotless. The office is run effiently with little or no wait time and great communication.
Dr Ng seems to run very close to her apt times and I have never been left waiting; for a busy person like myself, this is very important to me! I have been met with friendly, courteous staff members at every visit and really like the special touches that she puts in to her office.
